too bad it was only the two of us. but it was still quite fun. i seriously needed some exercise, and those two hours of cycling along east coast sure did me some good. cycling at east coast is one of my favourite things to do. the clear, blue sky and the turqoise waters with the big ships sailing on it is one of the nicest places in Singapore to be in, albeit, not on weekends and friday, where the crowds come with a vengeance. but on a lazy monday afternoon, where the wind was strong and the place relatively deserted, it was just great to zip down the park.
josh has some curse of the puctured (some say pun-chet) tyre. the last time we went cycling, his tyre pun-chet and we walked all the way back from bedok jetty to marine cove. this time we thought of calling the shop and they sent a replacement bike. stupid us should have thought of that last time. nevertheless we had a fun time cycling down to changi to see the planes and talking. it's great to have a friend to cycle with. cycling rocks!
after that, all the calories i burnt were replaced by a random blk 85 feast with soo hwee and jinzhi again. supposed to have sok shin, valerie and chinmeng coming. but sok just came back from malaysia. val was too late and chinmeng, poor chinmeng was still having a meeting. ppl 3rd biggest person in SA council leh. PRO. (people relations officer). haha. so yah, ended up the three of us again. and we were ate like pigs. hor fun, satay, carrot cake, stingray and zhu zha tang. horrible. just between three people. and no, i didnt eat most of the stuff and leave scraps for them. the other two even had cheng teng after that. jinzhi even added mu shu, which i found out was tapioca. lol. and we just talked for a little over an hour about stuff, especially about council, about last time stuff and now stuff.
school begins officially tml. mj has holidays until thursday, and tj has a half day tml. why do such things not exist in rj? why? why? and the ironic thing is, we are slower than tj and vj in curriculum. how ridiculous. haiz. i am dreading school. especially since my mp3 died on me i have no music to accompany me in the mornings on that long ride to school. who looks forward to going to school rite?
oh well, what to do? results coming out tml and im quite heck care about it. just work hard during promos. it's going to be a busy week ahead. let's take a little look at my schedule:
haha. guess life will return to mundaneness after next week. for now, let me bask in my busyness.
