don't know how long more i can keep this up. the RI boys have a good way of putting things sometimes, i concede: "Life damn tough" haha.

Laugh, laugh, laugh it all away.

times like these i yearn for simpler times. yes, i am one rooted in the past, but can anyone really blame me? i loved the four years i spent in AHS, (almost) every single moment of it. i miss my 4J, my CDS sec 4s o6, my WELFARE, my Council Exco peeps. times like these i yearn for simpler times in J1, when PW was the worst thing in the world, and A Levels and university applications seemed like distant prospects to be contemplated at a later date.

Alas, that later date has arrived. it is now about 5 weeks to prelims. i say "about" because i lack the courage to calculate the number of days left. people are reminding me, but i shan't pay attention. yet, the voice at the back of my head has been nagging me. soft whispers have intensified to become louder urges, and pretty soon, i'll bet it'll become shouts and screams.

i did not make it all the way to July of Year 2 only to start regretting about what could have been, what tutorials i should have done and what lectures i shouldn't have skipped. it's too late for that. there's only time left to mug.

Noah Neo shall retreat to one corner to focus on his prelims, and when he's done, he'll emerge in a while to take in some sun, before retreating in again to focus on As. he shall still portray some semblance of a normal existence. he will go to school, he will have his meals (that goes without question), he will go to church, he will go home and he will mug. yes he will do that. he shall not bother about anything else, especially in school. he is jaded and he is determined.

i think it's weird to talk about oneself in the third person. haha. nevertheless, the USA awaits, and maybe UK and also maybe NUS. But NS awaits first tho. shall not be distracted.

he washes his hands off everything...except God, family, friends and studies.
